Home Owners Associations:: MyStreet is a fair and equal way for residents to communicate with each other and their associations. We believe this so much that the person who sets MyStreet up for their association can receive $500, and another $500 six months later... we can do it for you too.

It doesn't matter if an association already has a site... MyStreet sets up quickly and easily and is free to the association and residents... use both and see which one is better and "unbiased". Whether you are in the association or a frustrated resident, we believe that if an equal system is used where residents can hear from their association, talk to it online, but also have the ability to talk to any other resident online, then this open and honest system is truly serving the best interests of the entire community.

Attention HOAs: Everyone agrees that there are a lot of HOAs out there giving the good HOAs a bad name. Many residents appreciate the standards HOAs are intended to uphold and that's why residents move into HOA communities, but its when those standards are abused or funds are misused that problems arise. We believe that the "open communication" MyStreet will create can be the "preventative" step that keeps residents and their HOAs operating smoothly and fairly. We are more than willing to work with HOAs in implementing the FREE and EQAUL system of communication. MyStreet will show that you truly want to hear what your residents have to say. MyStreet is NOT a message board or blog, MyStreet includes EVERY home in your association and allows community wide communication, one-on-one communication and speeds up the communication process exponentially.
